NO REFUND SERVICE POLICY

Dissatisfaction in a service results must be expressed within 24 HRS of the service and client MUST return to the salon for the work to be evaluated and inspected to determine if dissatisfaction is warranted.

If client is unwillingly to return to LAVISH HAIR & CO. for review/evaluation then the complaint is considered meritless and nothing else will be done. LAVISH HAIR & CO. artists will fix and correct the service. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be achieved then the money associated with the service will be deposited as a credit into (LAVISH HAIR & CO.) account. NO REFUNDS

DEPOSIT POLICY

To secure your appointment for any lightening service, we require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking:

$50 depositPartial lightening services

$75 depositFull lightening services

How to Pay Your Deposit

Deposits can be paid in one of the following ways:

In-salon, in person

Rescheduling & Credit Policy

• If you need to reschedule, you may do so and receive a credit for your deposit, as long as you make the change at least one week before your scheduled appointment.

• If you cancel or reschedule within a week of your appointment (or closer to the scheduled date), your deposit will be non-refundable and you will lose your credit.

• If you decide not to move forward with a lightening service, you may apply your deposit toward a smaller service instead.

NO SHOW POLICY

If a client is a new client and does not show up to their appointment without ANY NOTICE, the deposit will NOT be refundable and the client can no longer rebook at LAVISH HAIR & CO.

HEALTH ENVIRONMENT POLICY

If you are feeling under the weather , being around anyone who can potentially be sick, or if you are feeling any symptoms please we ask that you reschedule. Visiting the salon while your sick exposes our stylists and clients is at risk. So please we ask that you stay home and get better; Reschedule when you are feeling better. Unfortunately, there is no refund but we will credit you 50% of your deposit to your Lavish Hair N’ Co account.

CHILD CARE & EXTRA PEOPLE POLICY

At LAVISH HAIR & CO., we aim to provide the most relaxing and sanitary environment for clients. Therefore, we ask that you make your child arrangements and not leave your children unattended. All children are susceptible to elements of danger in the salon.

We kindly ask that you do not bring any extra people to your appointment, as we are following social distancing guidelines and the safety of our clients are extremely important.
